Once the training is started, we will keep a daily progress monitoring, quantifying training load to progress faster and reduce the risk of injury.
Besides, you will be able to benefit from nutritional advice and extra trainings, totally included.
Online live training
If you don´t have enough time to go to a sport to go to a gym or just want to train at home, this option could be the suitable one.
Online live training is carried out by videocall.
Training will be specifically desgined for you, based on your goals and physical condition. We will make an initial assessment with the purpose of providing the best service for your circumstances.
Online planification
If you have a limited budget, this might be most interesting option.
Online training consists of a detailled and personalised training planification that you should follow on your own, according to your specefic goals. It could both be carried out in a gym, public space or home.
You will have full access to an online platform where you could watch technical explanations (+1200 exercises). This option includes an initial assessment.
The training will be weekly updated and the contact with the coach will be close and continuos, receiving an answer in less than 12 hours. Adinitionally, you will be able to ask doubts and nutritional advices.
Training at home/ public space
If you don´t have a lot of spare time or don´t like training at gyms, this could be a good choice.
The coach will go to your house or public space agreed, adapting training to the available equipment and your specific goals.
